Fight Graffiti?

City, businesses team up to fight graffiti, Fight? Come on are you serious? If you cant beat them, join them. Give these kids (sorry I mean vandals) a place to paint. Let them paint the skate parks. In fact, let them paint any park. Thats what parks are for, right? The vandals. (Oops sorry I meant to say the kids)

Maybe if we give the kids a place that graffiti is allowed we will actually make some artists out of vandals. Why is the first action always to fight the problem instead of making the problem a solution? Most of these kids are just bored. Why not at least try to give them something to do? I say let them paint the whole town if it will keep them from doing serious crime. The whole point is that if we give the kids a place to go, it will weed out the true vandals.
Stop fighting the problem and join the solution.
