Call for Special Eagles
Registration for the Arlington Eagles Special Olympics is due April 1. The Special Olympic Team is seeking athletes, volunteers and a shot put coach. Track and field training will start soon. Practice is 2:30 – 3:30 p.m. Mondays and Thursdays at Arlington High School, 18821 Crown Ridge Blvd., in Arlington. Athletes must be 8-years-old and above. “We have athletes of all ages and abilities,” said Coach Sandy Catiss. Third Street fit-tastic egg hunt
The Egg hunt and Store Merchants are waiting! We’ve turned the parking lot and stores turn into a fun-filled oasis for kids, includes: Bouncy House, Popcorn, Story Tent, Coloring, Eggs, Candy and prizes. Pancake breakfast
The annual pancake breakfast fundraiser/craft sale hosted by the Silvana Fire Fighters Association is Saturday April 4, 7 a.m. to noon at Silvana Viking Hall.
Donation proceeds will benefit rescue equipment for Fire District 19.

Assistance League® of Everett
Assistance League of Everett’s Kitty Young Auxiliary is hosting “An April Affair” on Saturday, April 25, in the Gretchen DeLap Room at 5107 Evergreen Way, Everett, WA. Doors will open at 12 p.m. for the silent auction. Lunch will be served at 1 p.m.
The event will feature a luncheon, fashion show, children’s fashion show and a silent auction. Jazzmine, the jazz choir from Arlington High School will provide entertainment. Cost is $25 per person.
Funds raised will help support Operation School Bell® and the other philanthropic programs of Assistance League.
