MARYSVILLE — The Marysville School District will host a public forum Jan. 12 at 6:30 p.m. in the MSD Service Center Board Room.

The topics of discussion are set to include “promises made, promises kept” with Grove Elementary and Marysville-Getchell High School, as well as increased WASL scores, employee salary concessions and the school district’s handling of its finances.

The public forum will also address the proposed levy and bond issue, whose combined tax to homeowners for the next five years should be less than the school tax paid by homeowners in 2009.
