MARYSVILLE — A 23-year-old disabled woman who went missing, with her service dog, from her Seattle residence at approximately 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 3, was found at approximately 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 4, in Marysville, and both she and her dog appear to be completely unharmed.
“We don’t know yet how she got to that location,” said Seattle Police Detective Jeff Kappel, who also could not report how Emma Sill of Seattle was found, or by whom, as of 2 p.m. on Sept. 4. “It’s going to be more difficult to determine with her diminished mental capacity, since she has the mind of a 5-year-old.”
