MARYSVILLE — The Strawberry Festival is getting ready for the 2009 Golf Tournament, scheduled for June 12 with an 8 a.m. shotgun start, at the Cedarcrest Golf Course.
The tournament features a four-member scramble format for 18 holes with awards for low gross, closest to the pin and longest drive, as well as a chance to win a 2009 Chevrolet provided by Roy Robinson.
The $100 per player cost includes green fee, cart, lunch, goodie bag, polo shirt and team photo.

The Strawberry Festival is also currently seeking sponsors for the 2000 Golf Tournament. Sponsors will have their names listed in the Golf Tournament Program and the Official Strawberry FEstival Program, along with other benefits.
Sponsorships are available for most lost balls; hole or green; mulligan sponsor; closest to the pin; longest drive; cart sponsorship; shirt sponsor and team sponsors.
