MARYSVILLE — An 18-year-old Snohomish County man turned himself in to Marysville Police Sept. 22 on the advice of his attorney, after a second suspect, also an 18-year-old Snohomish County man, was taken into custody in Mount Vernon late in the previous week.

The two are suspected of robbing a Marysville pharmacy back in early June of this year. At the time of the robbery, the two suspects entered the pharmacy brandishing handguns. They ordered four employees and one customer to the ground, and demanded the prescription drugs Oxycodone and Percocet. Both fled the area after receiving the narcotics.

Marysville Police, with the help of the Mount Vernon and Everett police departments, were able to identify the suspects, which led to the arrest of the first suspect.

The two were booked into the Snohomish County Jail for first-degree robbery, kidnapping and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
