Professional speaker and author Sunny Kobe Cook, founder of Sleep Country USA, will be presenting this program, which will look at businesses that are not only surviving, but also managing to thrive in the current economic climate, in spite of the ongoing recession. Cook will note the reactionary pitfalls to avoid, the critical importance of retaining marketing, balancing between sensible cost reductions and maintaining customer service, and preparing business to be more profitable in the future.
