Marysville United Methodist Church sponsors Marysville’s “Kloz 4 Kidz.” This is a free clothing center for the kids of Marysville who are in need. Appointments are requested by phone 360-659-8521.
Giving Circle
The following groups have formed a “Giving Circle” to assist those Native Americans living at Rosebud and Pineridge Indian Reservations. As many of you know they have just recently come through a terrible blizzard and many were without heat and electricity for two to three weeks. Transportation came to a standstill because the snow plows were getting stuck. In some places there is limited power.
The following groups have gotten together and are collecting clothing, blankets, shoes, boots, and cash donations. For further information please contact Robin Carneen at the Tulalip Boys & Girls Club.

Free Breakfast
A Free Breakfast is served each Wednesday from 8 – 10 a.m. at Hosanna Christian Fellowship, 401 N. Dunham, in Arlington. All are welcome. This breakfast program is provided by four community churches. Anyone wishing to help with this program should call 360-403-0995.

Eagle photograph contest
An ‘Eagle Photograph Contest’ is being held in conjunction with the second ‘Arlington Eagle Festival’ on February 7. Entries must be submitted by February 4. Mail or take entries to Arlington City Hall, attention: Sarah Hegge, 238 N. Olympic, Arlington, WA 98223. Photographs must be at least 8 inches by 10 inches in size, and must have been taken in Snohomish County. For more information, call 360-403-1011.

Twelfth Night of Christmas
Did the SNOW make you miss Church this Christmas Eve? Did you miss your “fix” of Carols and Candles? We at St. Philip’s Episcopal Church invite you to EPIPHANY ~ The Twelfth Night of Christmas, on Tuesday, Jan. 6 at 6:30 p.m. There will be lots of Carols, and Candles as well as King’s Cake (for the Three Kings), hot cider and the Burning of the Greens to end the Christmas Season.

Old Time Fiddlers
The Old Time Fiddlers meets on the Friday evenings of Jan. 9 and Jan. 23 at the old Arlington High School, 135 S. French St., Arlington. There will be no jam on Dec. 26. Celtic jam is at 5 p.m., workshop at 6 p.m., and circle jam begins at 7 p.m. Music, jamming and snacks throughout the evening. Free family entertainment; listeners and acoustic musicians of all ages (and their instruments) welcome.
