Marysville-Pilchuck boys basketball was defeated by Everett, 56-53, on Feb. 5. Victory was in reach for the Tomahawks, but a couple of faulty defensive plays allowed Everett to escape with the win.

The Marysville Getchell girls basketball team were defeated by the Stanwood Spartans 66-25 on Jan. 29.

The Marysville-Pilchuck Tomahawks girls basketball team earned their third win in a row in a 51-32 win over the Cascade High School Bruins on Dec. 27.
Twelve-year-old Kaleb Gallo has played football for the past eight years.
Kids who wish to participate in bowling at the high school level may do so thanks to the Snohomish Traveling League which allows various high schools to compete with each other.
