EVERETT — Apply by April 1 to earn your bachelor’s or master’s degree close to home through the University Center of North Puget Sound, located on Everett Community College’s Everett campus.
The University Center partners with eight universities that offer more than 25 different bachelor’s and master’s degrees. Program areas include business, science, engineering, health, education, social science and faith-based fields.
Degrees are offered through Central Washington University, Eastern Washington University, Western Washington University, Evergreen State College, University of Washington-Bothell, Washington State University, Saint Martin’s University and Hope International University.
The degree programs at the University Center build off an associate degree, while the classes only cover junior- and senior-level coursework.
“This two-plus-two concept — two years at a community college and two years from a university — provides an economic advantage, smaller class sizes and scheduling flexibility, with day, afternoon, evening and weekend classes,” University Center of North Puget Sound Associate Dean Gretchen Rowe said. “Classes are also available on campus, online, or a combination of in-person and online.”
