Arlington is growing, and one development southeast of town has million-dollar views, but the homes cost about half that. The 45 homes overlooking the Stillaguamish Valley are being built on large lots, the smallest being a half-acre. Prices start in the low $600,000, said Jay Zamora of Keller Williams Realty, who was recently showing a daylight rambler in the Eagle Springs development.
