MARYSVILLE — The Marysville School District Service Center Board Room will host an open house for business owners and community partners Oct. 7 from 1-6 p.m.

The Marysville School District will provide information on how utilizing students for internship, pre-apprenticeship, and job shadow opportunities can benefit businesses, the community and students alike.

Among the topics covered will be how the school district’s business partners’ contributions and work have benefitted students and schools across the district, how local students and businesses can benefit from partnerships with the educational community, programs and opportunities of interest to local businesses, and networking with other business owners and community members who host student interns and pre-apprentices, and offer job shadow opportunities.
