The city of Marysville annexation is all about power and money. I call it “Empire Building.” They can’t even take care of what they have now. They have already taken up everything all the way north on Old Highway 99 to “Lakewood North.”

Now they want 51st Avenue.

I will not have anything to do with it. And will not accept it.

The city even told us we can’t even vote on this issue. We are not allowed any say?

The U.S. military is in the Middle East bringing democracy to those people, but we don’t have it here.

It is time to bring the troops home to Marysille, Wash., and bring us some democracy.
