Why?

Social Security was established for the American working people to help when they retire. What gives these politicians the right to say they are any better than you or me and that social security is not good enough for them?

These politicians established their own special retirement program which pays them a ridiculously high amount for the rest of their lives. Are they not American citizens? Are they better than we are?

I feel it’s about time for all of us Americans to demand that the politicians’ retirement program be abolished and they pay into social security just like all of us Americans. They are no better than you or me and now is the time for change.

Call, write, or e-mail your senator and representatives and demand a change.
