MARYSVILLE — The Marysville Merchants Association hopes to help parents and trick-or-treaters celebrate their Halloween in style with a mask-making party, Oct. 24 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Gehl house in Jennings Park.
“These masks are designed to be safer for kids than anything else,” said Sheila Stump, chair of the event.
MMA members will provide cookies, apple cider, coffee and hot cocoa at the event, but participants will need to bring portable containers of water for brush cleaning.
“I think we can make this a great little party in the old house,” MMA member Ken Cage said. “If anyone has a portable ghost, bring it along.”
