LAKEWOOD — Lakewood High School will be hosting a series of one-act plays titled “Festival of One Acts” on Friday, March 5, and Saturday, March 6.
The plays, directed by Lakewood students under supervision from theater instructor Rebecca Winsor, will take place at 7 p.m. both nights. Cost is $7 or $5 with student ASB card.
Student Breanna Camp directs three of the five plays — “My Kingdom for a Date,” “Second String” and “Fair Exchange.” Lakewood student Zac Burr directs “A Mad Breakfast,” while fellow student Mark Fernandez directs “Babel’s in Arms.”
Theater students also performing include Nathan Diggs, Kolby Hatch, Sean Metcalfe, Charnie Dondrea, Kathleen Austad, Tasha Bartol, JJ Osti, Lucky Chey, Dillon Knott, Jacob Peterson, Britney Martin, Sam Ward, Melody Costley, Cheyenne Wilson, Althea Cody, Julia Rauh, Kaitlynn Shaw, Mark Dunham, Kim Austad and Dylan Armstrong.
Performances will be held at the Lakewood High School auditorium, located at 17023 11th Avenue NE, Arlington.
