MARYSVILLE – Second-year Liberty Elementary teacher Delm Bergner wants to inspire her students to keep teaching.

So Oct. 25 she invited the choir from nearby Marysville Middle School to visit. She thought mingling with the older kids might get her troupe thinking about choir in the future.

Sonja Farr, MMS choir teacher, brought her group over during their singing period, which coincides with Bergner’s 0 period class before school starts at Liberty.

They sang together and separately. The younger choir sang, “On Veterans Day,” in honor of the Nov. 11 holiday.
