MARYSVILLE – Local princesses were taught not only how to dance, but also to daintily drink from a tea cup Tuesday.

It was all part of the Princess Tea Party at the Community Center, 514 Delta Ave.

It was the first of the city Recreation Department’s summer dance classes.

Cost is $32 for each week session.

The dance classes are from 9 a.m. to noon Tuesdays through Thursdays.

The next two weeks the theme is Hawaiian Princesses, followed by Tapping Trolls, Dancing with My Doll and Fluttering Fairies.
