It seems I can never make enough of this salad during the summer and often double the recipe. My husband loves it and likes to eat it with crackers. I have also served it on croissants.
Crab Salad
1 (8 ounce) package imitation crabmeat, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 Tbsp. shredded cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Combine ingredients and serve.
