This recipe has been one of my favorites to serve. It looks pretty if you make it in a mold but I have also served it in a bowl.
Strawberry Banana Marble
1 (3 oz.) package
strawberry Jell-O
3/4 cup boiling water
2 cups ice cubes
1 cup Cool Whip
1 small banana,
slice or diced
Dissolve Jell-O in
boiling water. Add ice; stir until it begins to thicken, 3 – 5 minutes. Remove any unmelted ice. Blend whipped topping into about half the Jell-O; stir in bananas. Fold clear Jell-O through creamy part to marble. Spoon into fluted container or mold. Chill until firm, about 3 hours.
Enjoy, Diane
