The Marysville Parks and Recreation Department is offering a variety of classes for adults.

Origami Beginner

Have you ever wanted to learn how to do Origami? Instructor Amanda Hertz will teach you the wonderful art of paper folding. This class will be held on Mon., Nov. 23, from 5:30-9:30 p.m., at the Jennings Memorial Park Barn (6915 Armar Rd., Marysville). The cost of the class is $34 and includes a folder with folding paper and instructions. Photography – Outdoor Digital

Local professional photographer Kent Baker shares his expertise in the area of outdoor digital photography in this informational class. This four-day class begins Nov. 30. Class will be held from 7-9 p.m., at the Jennings Memorial Park Barn (6519 Armar Rd., Marysville). The registration fee is $75. Pre-registration is required, please call the Marysville Parks and Recreation Office at 360-363-8400 for registration information.

Holiday Wreath Party

Join horticulturist Rachel Zeutenhorst in this fun class as you create your very own holiday wreath. This workshop will take place from 7-8 p.m., on Thursday, Dec. 3, at the Marysville Library (6120 Grove St., Marysville). The cost is $45.
