Kloz 4 Kidz

Marysville United Methodist Church sponsors Marysville’s “Kloz 4 Kidz.” This is a free clothing center for the kids of Marysville who are in need. Appointments are requested by phone 360-659-8521.

Free Breakfast

A Free Breakfast is served each Wednesday from 8 – 10 a.m. at Hosanna Christian Fellowship, 401 N. Dunham, in Arlington. All are welcome. This breakfast program is provided by four community churches. Anyone wishing to help with this program should call 360-403-0995.

Learn the Art

of Origami

One Day Workshop

Learn the basic folds of the Japanese art form of Origami. This 2-hour workshop is a great and affordable escape. Start off making simple cranes and move up to more intricate projects. Materials provided. Pre-registration required. Class is on February 10, from 2-4 pm. Cost is $17. Located at 514 Delta Ave (between 5th & 6th off State Ave near the water tower.) Everett Rock & Gem Clubs 56th Annual Gem Show

Eagle photograph contest

An ‘Eagle Photograph Contest’ is being held in conjunction with the second ‘Arlington Eagle Festival’ on February 7. Entries must be submitted by February 4. Mail or take entries to Arlington City Hall, attention: Sarah Hegge, 238 N. Olympic, Arlington, WA 98223. The Arlington Garden Club will be offering their series of Turn Your Thumb Green workshops the second Saturday of the month at the Arlington Boys and Girls Club, 18513 59th Ave. NE, Arlington, WA. 98223, 10 – 11:30 a.m., free to members, $3 for non-members.
