The seven-year-old girl who was shot in Stanwood on March 10 has died.

The Standwood Police Department responded to the report of a shooting incident in the city of Stanwood where the seven-year-old daughter of a Marysville Police Officer had been shot at approximately 3:35 p.m. on Saturday, March 10.

“Early this morning the victim of this incident succumbed to her injuries and died at Harborview Medical  Center in Seattle,” according to Snohomish County Sheriff’s Department Lt. Brent Speyer in a March 11 press release.
