Snohomish County Sheriff’s detectives are asking for the public’s help in finding a woman suspected of intimidating a witness to a crime.

Angel N. Kirchgessner, 29, is believed to have threatened to assault a witness, if that person did not recant statements made to police regarding a 2013 incident, involving Kirchgessner and her boyfriend, Joshua Hoy, who is currently in custody in SeaTac.

Kirchgessner stands 5 feet, 1 inch tall, and has brown hair and hazel eyes. Police believe she is homeless, but she may be in Marysville or Granite Falls.
