A lifelong resident of Snohomish County, Maldonado is a graduate of Stanwood High School and Western Washington University.
The parent company of North County Bank, County Bancorp, Inc., has declared a two for one stock split to shareholders of record on Dec. 1, 2007. Shareholders of County Bancorp, Inc. will receive one additional common share for each share they already own. The shares will be distributed on or about Dec. 31, 2007.
North County Bank was formed in April 1999, and County Bancorp, Inc. was formed in March 2002. The bank has $270 million in assets with offices in Arlington, Lake Stevens, Marysville and Mill Creek.
