MARYSVILLE – Hundreds of children packed the Marysville YMCA Saturday for its annual Healthy Kids Day.
The free event featured a bouncy house, soccer, other kids’ games and activities, and local organizations that offer programs for children.
The day is a national YMCA initiative to improve the health and well-being of kids.
Executive director JJ Frank said he was so pleased with the turnout that he would like to plan more of those events to help bring the community closer together.
