The personal representative named below has been appointed and has qualified as personal representative of this estate. Any person having a claim against the decedent must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, present the claim in the manner provided in RCW 11.40.070 by serving on or mailing to the personal representative or the personal representative’s attorney at the address stated below a copy of the claim and filing the original of the claim with the court. The claim must be presented within the later of: (1) Thirty days after the personal representative served or mailed the notice to the creditor as provided under RCW 11.40.020(3); (2) four months after the date of first publication of the notice. If the claim is not presented within this time frame, the claim is forever barred, except as otherwise provided in RCW 11.40.051 and 11.40.060. This bar is effective as to claims against both the decedent’s probate and nonprobate assets.

Berrywoods Paving
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for the Berrywoods Paving project will be received by the City Clerk at Marysville City Hall, 1049 State Avenue, Marysville, WA 98270 until 10:00 a.m., local time, on Thursday, January 15, 2009 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The City will not consider proposals received after this time. Bidders shall submit proposals in a sealed envelope labeled with the bidder’s name and Berrywoods Paving.
The work to be performed under this contract shall be the placement of Cl. B asphalt concrete pavement from the date of contract execution until April 30, 2009. The work includes placement of asphalt concrete pavement (Cl. B), adjustment of water valves and monuments as an alternative and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.

2009 CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the City Clerk at Marysville City Hall, 1049 State Avenue, Marysville, WA 98270 until 3:00 p.m., local time, on Thursday, January 15, 2009 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The City will not consider proposals received after this time. Bidders shall submit TWO COPIES of the bid proposals in a sealed envelope labeled with the bidder’s name and 2009 CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT.
The Contractor will perform concrete work including the construction of curb and gutter, sidewalk, driveway entrances, and sidewalk ramps for individual projects throughout the contract year. The size and scope of the individual projects will vary throughout the contract year.
The City anticipates spending approximately $50,000 on concrete construction work within the Street’s Department Division for the calendar year, between January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2009. Additional concrete work may be available through other departments or on an as needed basis.
Actual amount paid to the Contractor will be based upon the projects requested by the City and completed by the Contractor. The approximate quantity in the contract is not a guarantee of specific payment amounts. The total contract amount shall not exceed $200,000. A payment and performance bond in the amount of $200,000 shall be required. The Contract period is from January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2009.
The Contractor will be expected to begin work ten (10) days upon notification from the City. The work shall be completed within the time period specified by the City in the notice to proceed. Such work shall be completed in an expeditious manner, so as to prevent delays, inconvenience, and safety risks to the public and additional cost to the City.
All work is to be done in conformance with the City of Marysville Engineering Design and Development Standards and WSDOT Standards. The City will provide all the grade preparation work to within +/- 0.10 foot. The Contractor shall provide the forms, concrete, finishing, curing, clean-up, traffic control during concrete operations, protection of the work and work zone until accepted by the City of Marysville Project Manager/Engineer or the designee.
