SMOKEY POINT — Soroptimist International of Marysville invites the community to attend its annual auction and benefit dinner at the Medallion Hotel, located at 16710 Smokey Point Blvd., being held Oct. 24.

Soroptimist International is an organization of business and professional women who are dedicated to improving the lives of women and girls in their local communities and throughout the world. Each year, Soroptimist International of Marysville provides scholarships to students, donates to the Marysville Community Food Bank and Operation Marysville Community Christmas, and supports abused women’s shelters, the Friends of the Marysville Library, Marysville YMCA children’s programs and the city of Marysville Parks and Recreation Department.
