MARYSVILLE — Maryfest, the sponsoring organization of the Marysville Strawberry Festival, has extended the deadline for applications for the Strawberry Festival April Friesner Memorial Royalty Scholarship Pageant.

The deadline is now Dec. 15. Applications can be obtained online at www.maryfest.com, or by calling 360-659-7664.

Anyone interested in volunteering with the Strawberry Festival is welcome to attend their monthly meetings, held the third Tuesday of every month in the Strawberry room at the Marysville School District Office, at 4220 80th St. NE at 7:00 p.m.
