Police asking for help in identifying bank robbery suspect

Marysville Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man who robbed the U.S. Bank in the 11400 block of State Avenue at about noon on Nov. 20.

MARYSVILLE – Marysville Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man who robbed the U.S. Bank in the 11400 block of State Avenue at about noon on Nov. 20.

The incident occurred when a man in his late twenties approached a teller at the branch inside the Albertsons store, and demanded money, Cmdr. Ralph Krusey said. The teller complied with the suspect, who implied that he was carrying a gun. The suspect then exited the supermarket through the north main doors with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The man is described as caucasian, late 20s, 6’4”, and weighting 220 lbs. The suspect wore a purple Washington Huskies wool cap, large black sunglasses, black pants, black shoes, and a white long-sleeved shirt/pullover with graphics on the sleeves.
