Kevin Shay, a sophmore at Marysville-Pilchuck High School, is one of five winners in the photography category of the PUD art, essay and photography contest, along with students from Snohomish, Lake Stevens and Mountlake Terrace. Art contest winners came from all across the county with one local girl, Christina Domanowski, a third-grader at Pioneer Elementary School, who won recognition in the art category.
