MARYSVILLE – Speeding reportedly led to a fatal crash in Marysville Sunday night.

A 33-year-old Stanwood man reportedly died in a crash in the 4200 block of 126th Street NW.

The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office Collision Investigation Unit responded just after 7 p.m.

A passerby found a vehicle on its roof with one occupant in the car. The driver died at the scene. The incident is still under investigation, but it is believed that speed was a contributing factor, a sheriff’s report says.
