Sunnyside collects ‘Cans for Cams’ on its ‘Customer Appreciation Day’

MARYSVILLE — Sunnyside Nursery hopes to help out the community as they show their support for their customers on Oct. 1. Sunnyside's "Customer Appreciation Day" runs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., with the free barbecue hot dog lunch running until 2 p.m. Those who drop off a non-perishable donation for the Marysville Community Food Bank from now through Oct. 1 can also enter to win a "Plant Cam," as part of Sunnyside's "Cans for Cams" food drive.

MARYSVILLE — Sunnyside Nursery hopes to help out the community as they show their support for their customers on Oct. 1.

Sunnyside’s “Customer Appreciation Day” runs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., with the free barbecue hot dog lunch running until 2 p.m.

Stop by and enter the free raffle for a chance to win gift certificates or gardening goods, or bring the kids by for free face and pumpkin painting.

Those who drop off a non-perishable donation for the Marysville Community Food Bank from now through Oct. 1 can also enter to win a “Plant Cam,” as part of Sunnyside’s “Cans for Cams” food drive. The Plant Cam is a weather-proof, time-lapse digital camera, and the raffle kicks off at 3 p.m.
