MARYSVILLE – If you were planning to attend the final Marysville Summer Concert Series tonight don’t, or you will be a “Solitary Man.”
The Neil Diamond tribute group called “Cherry Cherry” was scheduled to perform, but the date was changed to Thursday, Aug. 27.
No reason was given by the city for the change, but at the same time tonight the Seahawks do open their exhibition season against Denver.
The concert will start at 7 p.m. in the Lions Centennial Pavilion in Jennings Memorial Park, 6915 Armar Road.
Still scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 15, is the final movie, Big Hero 6, in the summer season at the big screen at the park’s ballfield at 9 p.m.
