Agnes Mary Fisher, 92, passed away on Aug. 14, 2007, at an adult home in Marysville, Wash., after a two-year battle with cancer.
Agnes was born, Jan. 1, 1915, in LaPorte, Ind., to Anna and Albert Soethe.
In 1950, she came out to Seattle, Wash., where she worked for a family doing housework and caring for their children. She met and married Karl Fisher and established their home in Everett, Wash.
She was very involved in her church. Besides singing in the choir, she was a Eucharistic Minister and responsible for the candles in the church.
She is survived by a sister, Helen Foss, and three nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Karl Fisher; her parents, Anna and Albert Soethe; and two sisters, Ann Stripling and Mary Sities.
A Rosary was held at 8:30 a.m., followed by Mass at 9 a.m., Monday, Aug. 20, 2007, at Immaculate Conception, Everett.
