Joyce Eileen Flack (Quilitz) of Mukilteo, WA, 67, passed away on Sunday, June 28, 2009, following a long battle with cancer.

She was born on April 2, 1942, in Arlington, WA, and was preceded in death by her parents Gordon and Ella (Fatland) Quilitz and daughter Connie Whitley.

Joyce is survived by her husband William Flack; Brother Wayne Quilitz and wife Vicki; Daughter Susan Kaylor; Son Bob Whitley and wife Dorene; Step-son Jonathan Flack and wife Saiko; Step-daughter Kim Ward and husband and Kevin; Grandchildren Brittany, Brandon, Steven, Jasmine, Emma and Austin; Great grandchildren Adrianna, David and Hailey.

Joyce is also survived by many other loving family and friends.
