Michael (Mike) David Cameron

Mike Cameron, 56, of Marysville, WA, formally of Amarillo, Texas, passed away on May 18, 2016. After a short battle with cancer, Mike died of complications from pneumonia.

Mike was born to John and Anna Cameron on December 16, 1959. He graduated Tascosa High School in 1978, and from Texas Tech University in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science degree. He moved to Washington in 1988. He was a medical sonographer for over 30 years and managing Director of Clinical Services at Sound Diagnostics, specializing in cardiac and vascular ultrasound. He met Loree West and married in 1992 having (2) children, (son) Michael Trenton, attending College at Bethel University, St. Paul, Minnesota, and (daughter) Juliana Marlaine, attending Marysville Getchell High School. Family and his Christian faith were very important to Mike. He was very involved in the community and loved by many. Preceded in death by his mother Anna and father John. Survived by John (brother) and extended family.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, May 22, at Marysville First Baptist Church, 3 p.m.
