Neil Conan Parker, 25, of Arlington, Wash. died in a tragic car accident on Sept. 23, 2006, on Camano Island. Neil was born May 21, 1981, in Seattle, the son of James and Mary (Monahan) Parker. He lived in West Seattle where he attended Our Lady of Guadalupe Elementary School and Seattle Lutheran High School until 1998, when his family moved to Arlington. Neil graduated from Arlington High School in the year 2000.
He was a very skilled carpenter and worked as a framer for the past six years, enjoying his profession immensely. Neil also worked as a commercial fisherman in Alaska for a time. He had a great love of the outdoors.
Neil is survived by his parents, James and Mary Margaret Parker; sisters, Katherine and Nora; nephew, Riley; and grandfather, John R. Monahan. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, his best friend, Charlie, and many other friends.
Neil, we will miss you so much! You were loved deeply and are in our hearts forever.

A Rosary Service was held at 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 27, 2006, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Arlington. A Mass of Christian Burial was held at 10:30 a.m. on Sept. 28, 2006 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Arlington, the burial followed at Edens Cemetery on Guemes Island in Anacortes, Wash.
Arrangements were in the care of Evans Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., Anacortes.
