Penny Ann (Jackson) Foss passed away on Nov. 6, 2007, at home with her family after courageously and bravely battling cancer.
She was born on Oct.18, 1957, in Arlington, Wash., to Paul Gene Jackson and Ann Marie (Brown) Jackson.
She leaves behind her husband of 31 years, Larry Dean Foss; and her daughters, Jennifer (Casey) Foster and Christina (Dave) Litzinger. She has two wonderful grandchildren, Ryan Foster and Tessa Litzinger, special mother and father-in-law, Irvin and Jane Foss.
She loved life and will be missed by all who knew her.
She has one brother, Paul (Nikki) Jackson; and two sisters, Tina Jackson and Tami Jackson. She leaves behind her special nieces, Tracy, Raelyn, and Dakotah. Also many other nieces and nephews.
She loved to spend summers with her cousins and many family members in Eastern Washington. Penny was very close to her cousin, Lorna Brown and her daughter Leah.
Penny was preceded in death by her parents; grandparents; uncles, aunts and cousins. We all love you.
A graveside memorial service was held at 11 a.m., Nov. 11, 2007, at the Arlington Cemetery. Everyone was invited. A remembrance of her life followed at 15526 Smokey Point Blvd., Arlington, Wash. All were invited and her family asked everyone to come.
