EVERETT — For more than a dozen years, United Way of Snohomish County has hosted Volunteer Appreciation Night at the Everett AquaSox, an annual event intended to serve as a “thank you” to all Snohomish County volunteers and their families.

This year’s event is set for Monday, Aug. 19, at 6:40 p.m. at the Everett Memorial Stadium. United Way will also present the winner of this year’s Roger Bouck Award for Volunteerism in Action just before the first pitch against the Eugene Emeralds. The hashtag for this year’s event will be #SoxVolNight

Any Snohomish County resident who volunteered with any organization in any capacity is eligible for the free tickets for themselves and their family. To reserve tickets, please call 425-374-5530 or email jessica.gaitan@uwsc.org by Friday, Aug. 16. Tickets can be picked up at the Will Call booth at the stadium.
