The Lakewood Cougars basketball team went 1-2 in non-league play Dec. 5-9.
The Cougars came back from an 11-point halftime Saturday, Dec. 9 to defeat Meridian 58-56 in overtime.
Thursday, Dec. 7 Lakewood traveled to Sedro-Woolley High School and lost 48-41,
The Cougars were led by the 14 points of senior Dan Spencer.
Lakewood fell to 1-1 overall with a 57-47 non-league loss to Shorecest at home Tuesday, Dec. 5. Spencer led the Cougars in the loss with 18 points.
