MARYSVILLE — The Marysville-Pilchuck football team has five home games and nine regular season games in all as the boys attempt to repeat as Wesco North champions.
The Tomahawks open their schedule on the road with their conference opener a week later at Veterans Memorial Stadium against fellow state qualifiers Snohomish. They’ll face only one other returning state team in their regular season when they host Lake Stevens for Oktoberfest on Oct. 9.
M-P compiled a perfect 9-0 record in 2008. This fall will be the team’s third season under the leadership of head coach Brandon Carson.
