Lakewood High School will host a recognition night Nov. 14 for its senior football players and cheerleaders. The event will take place at Dick Cardinal Stadium at 6 p.m.

This year’s senior honorees include football players Andrew Campbell, Jordan Stauffer, Saul Velasco, Joey Davenport, Quinten Baldwin, Trevor Marquardt, Steven Marquardt, Justin Virdell, Ronnie Schack III, Kyle Hughes, Nick Buchanan, Justin Montoya, Leif Liden, Joe Blanchard and Michael Mantei. M-P offers Walking Wednesdays

As part of the Healthy Communities Initiative, Marysville-Pilchuck is opening its football stadium on Wednesday nights, making the track available to local citizens.

Starting at dusk, the lights go on over Quil Ceda Stadium and the track is available to walkers and joggers until 9 p.m.

The track and stadium stairs will be available every Wednesday unless students are on vacation or the facility is scheduled for another event. A complete list of dates is available on the south side of the stadium seating.

Arlington studio hosts wellness fair

Arlington studio Body & Mind Fitness is hosting a Wellness and Health Fair two days this week.

The studio, located at 4205 177th Pl. NE, will host a chiropractor, herbal specialist, massage therapist and CPR trainer on Nov. 13 from 7 to 9 p.m. and Nov. 15 from 10 a.m. to noon.
